I'm new to AZ, and I am looking for help finding a place in the Charlotte area to install my Tein S-Tech springs for less than $400 which is what all the places I called are charging. Is that the going rate or are they overpriced? I know a DIY is the cheapest but I don't have the tools or confidence for that. This will be my first mod. Thanks in advance for the help!
$400 sounds about right. The entire rear seat has to be taken out to access the suspension...that alone jacks up the price.

NCSHP still hasn't gotten me somehow. 18 years of evasion and maybe my time will come to and end.

Just got back from my trip to Durham and never came close to getting pulled over.

Misinterpreted and not entirely true.
Even funnier is that this is an annual campaign. Leave it up to FB to blow it out of proportion randomly this year...

Had no idea they did this annually. And I also on my travels this past weekend had no encounters or saw any more people than usual pulled over. Almost like it is just a scare tactic to try and get people to slow down.
I will trust my V1 instead.

^ I have to find the article... but it was under a different name... then that name got trademarked by someone... so now they're going with the "Obey the sign or pay the fine".
I don't think it's a huge deal. It's just something they advertise every year similar to how they step up the "Click it or ticket" campaign around the summer holidays.
As mentioned, it's just something that social media got a hold of and blew out of proportion (like social media does with everything)...

I thought it was funny that they had to issue a statement about it. Also got stuck behind a bunch of people afraid to pass a cop on the way home yesterday.

Nope. I was out of town.

Yeah, I missed it too. Was up in Mooresville at the track (GoPro) for a National race.
Looks like the new location is closer to our side of town. If I'm around in May I may head up with the Vagon...

I didn't go cause when I got up Saturday morning it was pouring. Didn't stop till about 8:30 so I didn't think it would be worth it.
This is rather unrelated, but can anyone recommend a good detailer in Charlotte, preferably the north side? My RDX in Crystal Black Pearl is covered in scratches that I'd like to get rid of.

He's not exactly close to you but does phenomenal work. I'm planning on having him do my vehicles eventually.

We don't exactly have that program in black and white but I can always ask and see what I can do. It's reasonably priced on Amazon:

When I called I spoke to a Bryan I think it was and he said it was $149. I was hoping it would be closer to around $60 bucks which is what they're going for on ebay for the most part.

Employee pricing would be 10% over cost. I'll see what I can do.

Damn Tyler, looks dope!!
Bryan, love that shot/car. I've tossed around the idea of a Voltex front many times...but I just got it bad for the Amuse Legalo. Still going to wait it out for that.

So debating on doing a red interior in the TSX. I have a buddy with a set of custom covered Recaro Spotline in Red Suede along with a roll of matching red Recaro Suede. He would trade me them for my Junction Produce Scara wheels.
I would probably have to go back to running the white Time Attacks with it. I would do the door inserts in red suede as well if I did it and maybe wrap the lower half of the dash in red.

That looks like an EP3 Civic to me.
Jason, I love your current interior scheme. Keep it!

If I do red seats I would probably go all out track car then. Replace rear seat with a rear seat delete panel, Install a rear half cage, rear wing, and some sort of vinyl on the outside with numbers and then finally hopefully get some free time to go to the track.

I also might be acquiring the TSX that was the MT donor for my car from my father to become my gfs car and would probably build it then from all the extra parts I have sitting around
