I decided to drive up there tonight because the air was feeling so good. I saw where they're starting to build the community house bridge which is perfect. Went to the LEGO store and then drove to the top of the uncc deck only to find a guy in a wrx whom was just cruising around as well. He told me to check the Charlotte motorists group on facebook and they should be having the meets again in September according to him.

Whats everyone's thought on wings and beer NEXT Thursday, Sept 5th, 8pm, everyone pick the location:
-Taco Mac's - South Park
-Duck Worths - Ballantyne or Park Road
-Buffalo Wild Wings - Nascar Hall of fame( Boneless night, Parking Costs)
-Wild Wing Cafe - S. Tryon, University, or Uptown
-Buffalo Wings and Rings- Ballantyne
-Flipin' Chicken - Pineville
-DD Peckers - Pineville
Or if we wanted to, Beer tastings at the Noda Brewery or Old Mecklenburg Brewery.
Let me know, cause If we get something established, I will throw the event to the NC Acura Club and to anyone in the near by area.
Just something Casual.

And if you're into breweries, don't forget Birdsong, Four Friends (I could walk from the office LOL), Triple C, Unknown, Sugar Creek, and Heist. I'm surprised Jason hasn't mentioned Sugar Creek before...
Sugar Creek Brewing Company is dedicated to the craftsmanship of fresh, high-quality beer in a style and commitment representative of Belgian Trappist monks. A diverse set of fine beers, including a flagship ale, will be available on-tap and to-go by growler in the Sugar Creek taproom, as well as off-site consumption via distribution to local area restaurants, bars, and stores.

And why can't C&C be this weekend? My car is clean and with a four-day weekend, I'd have no problem getting up on Saturday. The following weekend is at the opposite end of the spectrum of feasibility. C'est la vie.

I'm good with any of those places, but 8:00 is too late for me. Maybe start earlier and let people come and go as they can.

Those cars are amazing. Not to mention the camera work. Eric what kind of camera do you have?
Also, everyone else provide input towards a get together.

Nice waistline girl.
Sniping that Michelin fotog.
Dude on the left is my friend. He is the electrical engineer for team srt. Honda/acura enthusiast and had a j series integra and now has a nsx.
His team recruited my other friend's woman to be the flag girl and gave her $100 cash.
Nice hat Sir.

Eric those Spoon Fenders really bring your car together. Love it.
That waistline doe.....mmmm
I have decided in the last couple of days I am going back to school. I applied to work at Continental Tire when I left Lexus, only to find out you need a college degree. I did find out that Continental Tire down in Fort Mill/ Indian Land, the national corporate office, has a paid Internship program for marketing and business majors.... I think I am gonna apply given my history with tires and the fact that I am 1/2 way done with the Engage360 Tire Training program they have.
Always thinking ahead and for the next best thing!

Absolutely stunning shots Eric! Looks like a great time. How was the Huracan in person? Any videos of those cars racing around?
this this this this this this this this this omg
Stephen, excellent plan man! School isn't exactly enjoyable, and sadly nowadays it doesn't guarantee a damn thing, but it seems necessary for endeavors later in life.
Don't forget that C&C is next weekend! Morgan will be driving down from VA to attend and hang out with us. Also, the first UNCC meet will be on Sunday from 6-9 at the CRI Deck; Tuesdays are no longer.

Well, Maria is officially PMS'ing Today.
She Killed her battery, turned on her air bag light, and the Check Engine light.
After a short drive, The Battery works flawlessly now, Air Bag light and check engine light both disappeared when I went to check the codes... Idk whats going on... but I'm a little concerned. Battery I can get replaced, Car goes under the knife this Month for the 105k Service, 30k mile service and 5k Mile service. I am only 1000 miles away from an oil change and tire rotation, So I am gonna do it all at once. Hefty Bill, but hey, its an Acura.
If nobody else chimes in for the get together this week, I am gonna just decide for us and see where it goes. I know Jason is having a glorious time over sea's from the photos he is posting, so I know he wont be there. There are other guys in the Carolina's that are interested in coming. Spartanburg, Columbia, Rock Hill, Fayetteville, Winston Salem, etc. So help me out!!!

What the hell? Damn dude, sorry to hear about all of that. My airbag light came on about a week ago but disappeared when the car was turned off and turned back on.
Where are you taking the car for all of the services?

He quoted me $350 for labor, if I provide the parts. Considering I work for Advanced in my spare time, employee discount on parts!
On a positive note, Sirius XM Free trial is in effect... but my Right Rear speaker decided to go....
.... I just cant win.

UNCC meets on Sunday would be cool. I think I spotted Jason on central ave yesterday. Seen a low TSX from a distance going the opposite way so I was looking and I think I spotted the pig sticker near the exhaust. Was that you Jason ?
So the airride suspension project is not going as planned. This installer guy has been avoiding me or something. I don't know what the deal is, but maybe my Accuair and E level system may be too advance for him. I don't want to do it myself because I don't want to mess things up. I can do basic coils and oil and brakes , But I found another guy that may do it for me. So may meet up with him Monday.
Hope everyone is having a great and safe weekend.
Eric those pictures are great, thanks for sharing.

They scuffed up my wheels awhile back trying to clean them. But I'm getting quotes from a couple shops and people. Trying to get the best deal to save some cash.
Aired Out TLS
I got some acid damage from a some wrong cleaner on my work wheels . So thought they could polish off but they couldn't and left a sand scratch mark on them. I actually need to take off the Japanese anodized clear coat on them. Polish and seal them back up. But I heard its a lot of work. I'm just lazy to do anything to the car haha.
Whats up with RDX owners?

colorado is amazing ... people, food, scenery, festivities, etc etc. every weekend i'm in town feels like vacation because i goto the mntns to climb and meditate! weed is legal, but i really dont even do that anymore ... haven't even walked in a dispensary yet
working at dish network has been phenomenal! i'm really kicking butt and taking names. i will say, however, that traveling int'l so often gets old (about 10-13 days a month). living out of planes, airports, and hotels isn't as cool as it sounds ... especially time zone changes. at least i earn crazy airline miles and points at the hilton - i also have a driver 24/7 when i'm abroad
i'm actually in manila now and can't wait to get back

Find me something out there
Yeah I think that would get a bit old doing all that especially the different time zones. Just got back from Ireland and the adjustment to the time difference is killing me. Shit didn't used to bother me. Guess I am getting old.
Hopefully I will get time this fall or spring maybe to plan a trip out there. Would really love to visit Denver again sometime.
