Anyone wanna do Wings/burgers and Beer or grab dinner tonight? I'm getting tired of us talking about meeting up but not doing anything, so lets throw something together.
Taco Mac's at south park, 9pm?

I promise we will do this come September. However I don't know if it will be that late at night though. I have to get up at 5:30am for work.

I just primarily threw the idea out there for the sake of seeing if anyone wanted to do anything.

I was on the greenway just now as well heading to and from the gym. Sometimes you see ladies sometimes you don't.
I was just wondering what people were up to.

Mike Ngo just texted me a flyer. It says:
Open House Saturdays at The Compound.
Music. Cars. Grub.
12-5.
2010 Kenley Ln.
So I guess this will happen every Saturday. Anyone trying to go?

I remember you said you were going to go to that. I went that one time when I tried to get those free race passes to the go pro track. The owner of the coffee shop is a nice guy. Sunday is my wife's birthday so I need to figure out what she wants to do that day.

I was more impressed with the 6 speed CTS V Coupe Inside. Rarely see them in manual. They had a Real SRT10 Viper there tucked away in the corner. The wheels were chrome peeled to hell though and the interior was covered in dirt. C63 amg's and audi S8's, S4's everywhere. Matt Black Maserati Quattroporte, Every Variation of the M3 since the E46, and a 67 Mustang that was in decent shape.
What was nice to see was a Centennial White Ford GT and a Anthracite Metallic Fisker Karma next to it.
I didn't stay long on account that Eric was the only person who made time to talk to me while I was there. Everyone else seemed 'too busy' to talk.
It will be interesting to see how things go. Very Nice facility to say the least.
Best part: The Rick's Restoration Ice Cream Machine off History Channel tucked away in the corner.

Well we tried inviting Eric to tonights festivities. We moved from the wheel and tire exchange to the target off Elizabeth. In all, three GTR's showed up (Will's, Tom's and a red one), a blue IS-F, 2 supercharged 350Z's, 2 M3's, 8 WRX/STi, one legacy, one STi swapped Baja, and Wills S2k

Ben we are about to hit up Popeyes Chicken like you guys we telling us about haha.
You have to go and find someone if you want to talk to someone about a car at Metrolina. That's what we had to do when we wanted to discuss the white dragon.
Bryan, that car is sick.

Good friend of mine picked up a 2004 Subaru WRX this week. Been saving for it for a while! She is a very strong running car. Needs some TLC and some tweaking, but she is good looking.

I haven't checked with them yet, though I probably will. I just want to make sure I have another set of wheels to roll around on to ensure the job isn't rushed. Plus, if they are beyond repair, I'll need a set anyway. I have aftermarket wheels picked out but can't afford them and brand new tires.
Jason, are you interested in selling the stockies?

Well, Cars & Cappuccino was fun... good turnout and much more intimate setting then Cars & Coffee... so you can really talk to a lot more people. I'd say we had about 40 cars or so... mostly Porsche... few Lotus (Elise and Espirit), Ferrari, Audi, and a really cool old school Mini with a B16 swap.
Funny enough, one of the guys who was there is friends with one of the organizers, and he works at Hendrick Acura. Below is what he rolled up in. I must admit, I was a little bit impressed . Sorry for the shitty pics...

FYI it was the V6 with the 9-speed auto. Appeared to be pretty much fully loaded. Sticker was around $41k...

That's probably the same tlx that I parked beside at hendrick on Saturday and while taking photos of it one of the acura guys comes out and moves it. He didn't say anything...just went and moved it around the corner like a dick. His antics set off an alarm in my head to leave with a quickness and off with vtec I went.

Oh and I've got 2 extra tickets if anyone wants them for the race weekend at VIR. You can have them! First person/people that wants them gets them. Just let me know.
Aired Out TLS
So caught a nail in my tires this weekend, so went to get it patched up
so I can get a little more life out of them.
It so happens I needed a TPMS on the wheels also, because it must have broke off while trying to get in and out of places.
Wasn't trying not to spend money but oh well. It was fine when I was driving it, I swear these shops always trying to get over on somebody.
Cant never trust any shops these days, so I try not to go at all.
Anyways, waiting on the last piece of my new project from UPS and car should be ready for install.
