I hope everyone's weekend was fanfuckingtastic. Mine was long. Learned how to paint wheels and witnessed a UPS man delivering goods for a s2000. Those of you with instagram already know this though.

Jeremy's new parts are fuggin sexy! Thanks for that video Eric

It's still hard for me to understand why it's taken so long for a Cookout to be built near yall. We've had Cookout in the Centralized Area for Relocated Yankees (Cary ) for as long as I can remember.

Yeah there are cookouts, just not in the immediate vicinity. Just a tad too far for me to drive to.

Speaking of food, i'm getting hungry.

Knowing Jack, he'll leave it at stock height, change the lights, add Saturn V rocket boosters to the back, and call it a day

Took this picture yesterday. It is one of my favorite pictures I have taken lately.

I think I am going to work on using my S110 and GoPro and try and get some footage of Rosie over the next couple weeks and make a short video of her. Problem is I am so OCD on the things I do that it will take forever to get everything right. I have to try the new GoPro Studio though it is supposed to be really good.

Yep. You don't see a new car thread, do you? No. Pics first, then post. I work for a living; I don't have time to run around and take pics. I haven't even set up the Homelink yet (that's tonight's goal). You want pics of a car sandwiched between a couple of trucks with a thousands of trash cans in the background? I can do that. You want real pics? You'll have to wait until I have free time.

I have a handful of useful parts, actually, but most of the stuff did go with the car. I just didn't see the value in swapping back...a lot of time and effort on my part for minimal return. Plus, it didn't hurt the sale price since they didn't see most of it.

I'll get around to a thread one of these days, but for locals...

TL-S rear side markers - $50 (we've discussed this before, so Eric has first dibs)
Custom ghost taillights (includes LED turn signals and resistors) - $200
Shop manual - $30
3 Purolator Pure One oil filters - $10
OEM headlights (mint) - $300
OEM suspension (7k miles) - free
OEM airbox - free
OEM swaybar - free

Exhaust was trashed in the first wreck, and the intake, suspension, swaybar, custom headlights, pedals, j-pipe, and few other goodies went with the car .

For starters, look into a pushbar and an antenna to go in the middle of trunk. 5% tint as well.
Thanks. I really love it. Even the stock exhaust sounds pretty good when you get on it. If the front end didn't stick out so much as it is, I would consider a pushbar ; I'll pass on the rest.

Lights are good, exhaust will most likely be ordered this weekend, and suspension is on the list.

Nope not MasterCraft and not JL. It is a 2003 Supra Launch SSV and the speakers are MemphisAudio. I put them in last year. I was a big MemphisAudio fan until they started selling out and going with cheaper manufacturing. Luckily I had a buddy that was able to get me marine speakers made at the old place before they relocated.

I really want to amp the system as well and get towers but it is my parents boat and not mine so not sure I want to sink cash into it unless I can get them on board with doing it.

Suspension options are still pretty limited at this point. It's like mods coming out for the 3G...very slow. My biggest issue is wheels...not trying to drop $4k on wheels, but those are the ones I like

It seems anything for that car is limited right now which is surprising honestly since the aftermarket for the last one got pretty big I figured they would be more ready for the new one. I can't even find pictures of modified ones really.

Just get the wheels you like. You only live once you know.

There are quite a few on the forums, but not on Google searches. And most of the ones on Google searches are, well, let's just say, not my style. There are a lot of intakes and exhausts, but that's about it. Two header options, tunes just came out for '11 and '12 a few months ago, '13 last week, maybe three suspension options. It is surprising.

Jason's buying me wheels!! I always knew you cared.

Does anybody know a good legitimate place to have windows tinted for a decent price. There's a place in Mooresville where I can get a hook up for $130 for the 4 doors.

My family has had all our cars for the past 5 years done at Tint Solutions off 150 near little caesars.

I dont remember their pricing, but they do great work and the russian guy who does the tinting used to have a TL of his own so he gets behind the rubber in the rear quarter window really well.

Give them a call and see what their prices i don't remember off the top of my head but I do think its more than $130 tho

Thanks for the tip...I'll look into it.

And on another note...I took 2 pictures of my new ride tonight. The quality isn't great since I took them on my iPhone 5. But here it be:

Jack, I'll take the stock suspension off of your hands. Tommy has his old setup but yours only has 7k miles compared to his 60-80k

I want your headlights but can't swing $300. There are other things I need to finish paying off

Also, who's getting GTA5? It's going to be EPIC.

Mitzi would disagree Knock a 0 off of the price of the headlights and I can do that

I have nothing against PS3, it's a great console, but all of the games I play are Xbox only (Forza, Halo, Crackdown, etc.).

LOL as long as it's been, she can wait a little longer

Makes sense...similarly, I prefer the PS3 exclusives (God of War, Uncharted, etc.).

On the way back from buying Jack's type S side markers I glanced down the road where the cookout is and I saw the signage has been installed. Probably gonna go back for a closer look tomorrow.

Jack's charger looks good by the way. Saw it in person.

Allright I went ahead and took a look at it earlier and it's looking good. Nice outdoor patio to eat on just in time for the cool fall evenings. I'm heavily perplexed as to how that second drive thru lane is gonna work. There is enough done to it where I can start a design out of LEGO.

Yeah most of them do that, but this one has a full patio with tables and a fence where that second drive up window is normally located.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...... Never seen one like that before might have to make a trek down there next time I'm home.... Maybe it will be like chickfila and just merge together?

Tyler I completly forgot to text you last weekend when I was home next time I'm home I will get that suspension to you I promise.

On another note did the keyhole delete mod today and took all of 12 seconds and $10 from curry acura... 1/2 the price the dealership right next to campus quoted me so I'm very happy
