I figured I would try and be like Jeremy and Jason for once and not reveal anything until a show or event.
Ordered 2 tires last night. I don't know when they will be here but i'm excited to see what they're gonna look like. $530 shipped for 2 of them.

If anyone was wondering we had a paint party yesterday. Headlight housings, te37s, and sombreros.
Thanks for the help yesterday Tyler.

Washed the F and the ISSForged wheels while they are off the car yesterday. Still deciding whether I want to get my new tires installed before the meet or not. The tires I worn down so much currently it makes the car sit lower.

I'm happy to report my nittos were not on that UPS cargo plane yesterday that crashed and they are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I can either try and have them mounted tomorrow if they get here earlier than 5pm or bring them first thing in the morning Saturday. I think I want to run them in the front.

Do some research on Nitto Invo soft sidewall blowouts. I know several IS-F owners that were lowered even a little have had this issue.

These voltex evo double over fenders smell like they will be a good fit on the TL. The evo exhaust, rollcage, and canards all worked out...perhaps its time to try for a fourth evo part.

I'm moderately perplexed at how we go from seeing a prototype base model one week in Ohio and then the next week a full blown gt500 version in Japan. At any rate, I am happy haha.

^They were probably working it at the same time, just keeping it super duper top secret. Then once the unveiling happened they were probably all like, "Well time to hit the track and..."

I do not have any photos at this time.

Or actually what I can do is have one of the NT05s mounted on the 9.5, and have the tire that comes off mounted on the 8.5. Then I can stick the 9.5 on the car and see what all needs to be done.

Or actually what you can do is mount the new tires on 2 of the TEs and get new tires for the REs and mount those on the other side

At least you didn't get stuck on a speed bump a few days ago
Instructor
Hahahaha that's pretty funny actually But I have scraped front and sides about 6 times in the last 24 hours on speed bumps and entry ways too... Gunna have to figure out a better way to get into my apartment complex it's brutal

Damn I'm surprised you're scraping with the S-Techs, I rarely had issues. Have you gotten an alignment yet?

And the reason for the scrapes could also be cause I was rolling full Monty with a bunch of buddies in the car.. Prolly a good additional 650lbs... Now that I think about it the back of my car was probably super low...
Racer
I scrape on just about everything. I've even slammed the whole underbody of my car and I haven't broken a thing. I'll give it to Honda for designing this stout little car....the only two things that scrape is my cat and mud flaps and sometimes the new lip
Racer
And I'm on eBay sleeves in the front and I'm pretty sure cut springs in the rear cause my ride is super bouncy
Instructor
I know I'm not super low like some of you guys but just knowing I'm lower than normal just makes my driving style super altered and makes me cautious of every bump in the road and every entryway I drive into
Racer
You get use to it. I still dodge bumps and holes in stock cars...it's just a daily habit now
