Currently typing up a progress thread for my car... This is how I know I'm really having withdrawals from it haha. I need more pictures for it tho, I'll have to have my brother take some for me tomorrow and hopefully it will be up sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Gentlemen, I just got back from playing in a blizzard all day yesterday.

Rented a ford edge and it was a fucking beast in the snow.

Returned safely.

Hope everyone's weekend was good.

I can imagine the feeling. Especially if you get hungry at night and want to go get something. Which is what I did all the time in college lol.

What are the differences between GPW, FW, TF, and CW. I PS'd a white version of the car and im thinking I'd rather go with GPW cause its brighter

GPW:

CW:

TW is sooooooooooo close to GPW that it's really hard to tell in pictures. As you can see, CW is a warmer white. I don't want to say off-white (cause it's not), but it's that direction so to speak.

I hope it snows enough to go do some E-brake drifting in a big parking lot.... maybe Carolina Place Mall on the Sams Club side. Ha.. I remember getting kicked out of the football stadium for that at App State when I was in college. Good times.

I don't believe that it will snow here so I drove the TSX to work today.
Anyone want to guess which individual made this statement earlier today?!

I'm down to meet up and shoot some cool videos. I can bring my GoPro. You know of any other good places that wouldn't be as "watched"? Not trying to get pulled by a mall cop. haha. jk

It's supposed to start around 3 or 4pm here today. I may head out after my 230 meeting. They're calling for 1-3", so there's a good chance that me and my summer tires will be working from home tomorrow.

I brought the summers and left the winters at home. Knowing how to drive compared to the rest of the public is great. Worried about everyone and wish I was home.

Essentially the entire 285 beltline is currently dark red which means little to no movement. 575, GA400, 85, and 75 are all effed. All of the roads are jammed up. Peoples lives are currently sucking right now.

Did somebody from Charlotte take over your school system?

Some schools had their early release planned last night. Those places still haven't seen one flake. It's like they all were listening to the local idiots who were saying it would start at noon as opposed to TWC who said it would start at 5:00. I'll never understand the logic these people employ.

When I drive in Charlotte, I'm not worried about the snow, ice, rain...I'm more concerned about the other dumbass drivers that have never driven in that shit before will spin out and hit me

And yes so far the snow accumulation has been pathetic, wait you can't even call it accumulation it's just a light dusting hahaha

So, me, my friend in his Xterra and my other friend in his Saab decided to go to Calvary Church to do some sliding. Me and my buddy in the Xterra decide to pick the flattest area where you can do any damage. My Saab friend decides to do it on a slight hill. Well needless to say he is now down the hill where the ponds are located (on the rea rd side) and half his bumper is under the car, his lip is non existent and well....the whole time Im just LAUGHING MY ASS OFF. We tried to winch him out with my friends xterra and well, that didnt work, and his insurance company sent the wrong tow truck to handle the situation.

On a side note, nothing is wrong with my car but it'll probably need a new alignment now after my series of "snownuts".
