ehh somewhat no BIG mods but regular crappy mods cheap drop,blackhouse,hid's,intake and a magnahoe so yea pretty much stock wheels have no tires,but I just wanted to drive up there but whats really killing me is no money well not having enough right now

Hey everyone, don't know if you have been watching the TV, but there is a fire in Castaic, which is right before the Great Vine. Two lanes going North are closed and it is backed up all the way until Lake Hughes Road.
I was just letting everyone know that it may be congested going through there tomorrow, or possibly closed if it the fire is raging.
The only other option to the 5 freeway would be going through Palmdale on the 14 then connecting to the 138 Highway.
Hopefully all lanes reopen tonight and the traffic gos through. But I figured I should let you guys know about it before you all hit the road.
I will be checking the traffic i the morning and checking to see if all of the lanes are open again or if there is some traffic...

Just checked the 5 freeway, we are good to go. All open, just slows down a little bit for a few miles.
Don't forget everyone, bring some sunblock, it is going to be about 103 degrees in Fresno for most of the day.
