As far as the drive up, it was pretty much just me and the guy with the black 1st gen CL (sorry, forgot what your name was). All you other guys just took off. I has hauling an extra 4700 lbs. But its cool. I still made it without overheating or anything.

I wanted to meet you but I don't think I talked to you, were you parked next to me at In & Out in the NBP TL?

Yep. I had just gone inside to get some food and I saw you guys pulling in. Which one was yours?

This was a great group of people. A special thanks to Roger for organizing everything and seeing it through till the end at Hooters lol. Fresno Acura for contributing to the event and letting us use the dealership for a photo shoot. And especially for contributing the Acura girls lol.

Next year we need more people to stay for the afterparty. Roger had an entire floor of a club/restaurant reserved but we only showed up with 20 people.

I got to see cars I never thought I would see. King of Pain's car was very clean with a great system and he's to blame for me spending more money on mine in the near future . Chico OG's TL was the best I've ever heard period. I was a bit surprised when he didn't take the audio award. Chico, if you read this, send me the bill if I damaged your mid... seriously.

It was great meeting everyone. I was going to name individual names but I'm afraid I would forget some.

Yeah I wish I could have stayed longer, but with a 3.5 hour drive ahead off me and a wife waiting at home it was best I was on my way.

I definately remember you. I kept seeing you and I was going to introduce myself but I kept getting distracted.

Next year I think I'm going to bring the GN since many people asked about it. Or I can ask in advance, maybe one of the guys that are riding passenger from So Cal can drive my TL for me so I can take both. I'll have to make sure my AAA is up to date lol. No taking pictures of my broken down car on the on the side of the freeway.

Hey Chad! Didn't meet you officially but I remember handing out the sticker to you at the half-way meet. I think your plate said TL 4 C? Anyway, glad the run back was "entertaining". I was really, really close to falling asleep. I need some adrenaline of some sort, lol. Hope to see you out at the next event!

We just wanted to give a special thanks to SoCal for coming all the way up to Fresno and bearing the heat! We weren't really sure what to expect seeing as it was the first actual Acurafest and you all exceeded our expectations. As the "Acura Girls" we were thrilled to meet all of you and hope to see you again at future meets no matter where they are! Also a big thanks to everyone that contributed to the meet, we couldn't have done any of it without you. And Fresno Acura is going to talk to corporate/factory about how awesome Acurafest was so hopefully they will get involved in the future!

Hey, I liked your car. I don't think I had a chance to talk to you but I checked the car out for nearly an hour.

You're more than welcome to drive either car. I may start saving up for the gas money required to drive it for next year's meet. My father is coming back from Iraq soon and he's always looking for an excuse to drive his 1,000hp monster. If we could get some more turbo TLs by then, I might be able to get some of the old guys from Turbonetics to do a tech session if anyone is interested.

Yes that was me. I know what you mean about falling asleep, that's why I was glad that you guys started to push it. I'll see you at the next meet.
