Looking for a place to paint and install roof spoiler in LA

Well, I just ordered what I believe to be a first-batch ATLP roof spoiler off of ebay for $107 picked up in Fullerton, and now I'm looking for a place to paint and install it.

Does anyone know of any good shops for paint? And how much should this cost me?

100 bucks is the max I'm looking to spend.

I might get it done for free...or cheaper...since my mom is taking her car in for some body work and I might just tell them to paint the spoiler too.
