I have a manual TL and was facing the third gear problem. Bought the GM transmission fluid and went to Honcura's Honda & Acura Services to get the fluid change. Took about 30 min and was only charged $20 for it. I called the day before to get a quote and they told me $30. Not sure why the bill only came out to $20 (maybe because I brought my own fluid?), but either way I'm a happy camper!

They've gotten great reviews on Yelp also. I believe hourly rate is $60/hr as well. So if anyone is looking to get their fluid changes, I recommend Honcuras!

what was the 3rd gear problem that you had? did the fluid change solve the issue?

It's a third gear synchro issue with 3rd Gen Manuals. I think there is a TSB out there somewhere.

GM Synchromesh Fluid is supposed to help this.

dude how are their services n sht, are u satisfy with their work? im kinda interested since they specialize on hondas and acuras,and price sounds great compare to dealers...

and do they only do fluid changes? anything else?

I only went in to get my fluid changes since I just bought my TL.
