They should. I can only assume they are the same part# for the turn signals. Can anyone confirm? 3g is 3g when it come to bulbs...

IIRC, type s signals are 1157 and base are 7443, so they definitely are not interchangeable.

we need to get resistors when using leds like this right? Or else they will flash hyper fast?

This is correct. I believe resistors are approx range $1.00~$5.00 There is also a thread that shows you how simple install is. I also have these same LED's and the same resistor shown on the DIY thread.
