Hi, up for sale a used (approx. 8K miles) set of Neuspeed sport springs and a used (approx. 20K miles) set of original 05 6MT TL factory coilover (complete pressed assemblies: shocks, springs, top mounts, dust boots, etc.) Both items are in excellent condition but no use to me. The Nuespeed reds are 3G TL and 7G V6 Accord compatible and will lower the car about 1.75in front front and 1.25in rear. These will work fine with a 6MT or Type S shocks. The firmer the shocks the better. Approximate rate on these is 320fr/235rr lb/in. That's about 10% stiffer than stock and about the same as the A-Spec springs' rate but with more lowering/drop. $150

The 6MT suspension here is sportier than the base/automatic model's suspension due to firmer shock valving and the corresponding higher rate springs. Approximate rate of these springs is 300fr/200rr lb/in. Before the Type S TL came out in '07, the 6MT TL was widely referred to as Sport or Type S. $250

As a bonus, I'll install/press the Neuspeed springs on these shocks for anyone who buys both the sport springs and the stock coilover for my asking price! Ready to be installed on your car! A potential $100 value

I also have the Swift Sport springs I can sell, if anyone's interested. They are in like new condition as well. The Swifts lower about 1.2-1.5in and are very compliant w/o being sloppy. They are tuned for use on stock shocks.

Never heard of Swift Springs, they fit the 3G TL right?

 

They are actually very reputable in the aftermarket and motorsports, they specialize in coil over springs for different suspension manufacturers and racing teams. Spoon uses their springs, for one. Yes, they are 3G TL specific lowering springs.

 

Oh ok, how was the ride quality on those Neuspeeds?

 

They ride nice when paired with good shocks

 

 

Looks good. I may take those Swift Springs, but have to wait mid-May. So if you still have them, I should be able to buy them then!
