I have a set of OEM base TL taillights. I am not quite sure how much these are worth but seeing that they go for 150 per light brand new, I think that 170 shipped for both is a fair price, right? Will drop price for local pickup. PM and shoot me some offers. These will fit the 04-06 TLs.

No they arent, I put the DEPO type s on my car and took off the base tails. These are not mint, Ive had them on my car for about 20k miles. 140 shipped is not high enough considering that depo are 125 shipped. These are OEM off my 08 base TL

 

I am sorry but these aren't worth any more than $130 shipped TOPS for MINT. No one wants base first of all, they are used second and DEPOs used go for $80 so thats $50 more for OEM used. Just helping you out.

 

DEPO lights are 125 shipped for mint, so i would expect that OEM are worth a lot more. I checked online at oemacuraparts.com and they are worth about 150 PER light. If there are people out there who want type s, then there are those who want base lights. Considering that shipping will cost around $20, these are actually $150, which I think is a reasonable price for OEM lights

If your looking to get retail for them its not going to happen...You can buy a set of modded tails for $200+ so $170 for these stock tails is a shot in the dark. Its your listing and you can set whatever price you choose but I think your aiming a little high...

Yeah thats true but then again, modding a set of lights doesnt cost a lot, hence the small price difference between stock tails and modded ones. Everyone has been talking about the price being too high, but seeing that DEPO go for about 125 shipped mint, I think that 170 shipped is a decent price. Also, I understand that many people do not like aftermarket items, so OEM lights are in high demand for people looking for OEM parts.

But seriously? 85 shipped, as many people will agree, is WAY too low. Shipping will be about $15-20, which means that each taillight is about $30-35.

 

Upandcoming is being a prick. Don't listen to him. Sell them to sandals for $140 which is a reasonable offer.

Retail is a load of bull. They are $200 shipped brand NEW. I was saying you are comparing used OEM to NEW DEPO which can't happen because used DEPOs sell for $80. I have dealt with the 3G TL tail lights for over a year and know what I am talking about. $170 is crazy especially since they aren't TYPE-S. $120 shipped is a good deal for both parties.

I know it is only a $2 difference, but my point is that base lights are worth more and there are TL owners who want these. If these dont sell, I will consider dropping the price, but IMO $120 is TOO low. I got my DEPO type s for this much. Besides, my taillights are in excellent condition, no parts have snapped off, no major scratches, etc.

 

Personal opinion/personal value as nothing to do with the market. It is what it is, $170 is too high. You keep comparing your NEW DEPOs to used OEM, which is 100% false. Compare the used value of the two because used DEPOs sell for $80 if they sell. I can name over 15 sets that sold for $100-$120 shipped and even less on EBAY. I would take the $140 from sandals while you still can, I mean hey don't take my opinion but my opinion you can say is professional since I deal with them all the time.

 

I actually have a few offers at $150. $170 may be a little high for some, but then it give bargain room.
