On my previous 2006 TL i had a custom catback installed from the third cat. back! The setup was as such : (all stainless steel) 2.5' piping from third cat back to Y pipe, 2.25' to borla turbo mufflers...Sounds perfect, not too quiet and not too loud, deleted all stock resonators except for the cannister looking res! The exhaust note was almost identical to the comptech system!

The reason i'm selling is because i now have an 08 TL-S and i think the stock tune is perfect for me.

Brand new i paid 800.00 and i drove less than a month before having to uninstall to return the lease! I am asking 600.00, preferably local people due to the extensive amount of shipping fees for people abroad. Also i know a magnificent welder who has been doing cat backs for over 20 years!

Although my preference would be to sell to locals, i am still up for quoting to those interested in shipping to long distances!

Looks like you and milk man may have another chance at getting one of these bad boys. If this is anything like SRT-11's i just picked up, than I definately recommend it. It does a great job complimenting the sound of the engine. Sounds so good that I would have thought it came as a factory (aspec ) upgrade. Good luck and bump for an awesome exhaust!

Just picked up the exhaust however i can't find my digi cam!!!!!!!!! Be patient, next Tuesday my girl will be back from vacationing and i will use hers unless i find mine before then!!!!!!! It seems to weigh a total of 15lbs and is approximately 4' 5 inches long . . . i'll try and estimate shipping prices in the meantime!

The pictures are low quality, from my phone. The muffler man painted them silver as there was surface rust from the pipes sitting at his shop over winter. My fiance has conveniently "lent" her camera to anotehr relative, however there are some cell phone pics.There will be more pics once i find a proper camera and also shipping prices will vary immensely depending on location! Listen, the lasting pleasure of this exhaust system is by far its SOUND. . .Eventually after installation on any TL the pipes and mufflers are going to get dirty! It is a sufficient yet subtle increase in sound and i guarantee you will appreciate every dollar spent on it! I tested the difference in sound with a fellow aziner side by side, and it was a lot more throatier!

 

i bet it sounds great..... but i also see its straight threw im going to need a reasonator bc i'm going catless so im gonna need to install it on this exhaust.....if anything i mite jst use part of this exhaust.....well see

 

I also have a high flow cat from flow masters i didn't put up pics of it, but i'll include it for an additional forty dollars if anyone is interested.
