General information:

I am the original owner and only driver of this Type S. The car has been extremely well maintained since purchased. The car has always been garaged and the exterior/interior are in excellent condition. I pressure wash the car weekly and polish/wax the car with a Griot's orbital buffer twice yearly.

The car has never been in an accident and has never had any major problems since purchased new. The oil is changed far before the Acura schedule suggests that it should. I typically change the oil when the change percentage is at 20-30%. I have the original window sticker, all manuals and a folder of maintenance receipts. The timing belt has been replaced.
