3rd Brake Light Cover

Looking for a 3rd brake light cover. The cloth on mine is delaminated, so looking for a good one. I guess Tan (my interior color) or Black would probably be fine.
This is obviously not a mission critical item, so not looking to invest much, but if anyone is parting one out and has a good (non-damaged) on, please reply here.

Also, if anyone knows how to safely remove (R&R) this part, any pointers appreciated. Seems on there pretty tight.

Also, you need to just give it a good tug if I remember. It is held on by plastic tabs.
