I'm currently in the market for a 3rd gen. 6 speed. Can you tell me why the title is listed, "Rebuilt", if only the fender and bumper cover required replacement? Thanks

I wish I had the details. I bought it with a rebuilt tiltle and was told fender\bumper was replaced.

The front bumper is a regular base model bumper and not the TL Type S bumper.

Honestly it never bothered me. I bought the car because it was a 6 speed with the bigger engine. Price is negotiable if you want to swap the bumper cover.
