They are TPMS compatible. I ran OEM TPMS sensors on them for a long time. I believe you will need a spacer to clear brembo but we can test fit if you like.

How in the hell are these still available?...

would any shops be able widen 2 wheels for a staggered set up? I need to pick these up somehow...

Moose... Yes, they can be widened with all new barrels. I have looked into it. A few shops like three piece dot us, vr wheels, etc. They weren't willing to make them 3 piece but they did offer to cut the centers and re weld to new barrels.
