Brand new OEM rear brake pads. I bought them for my CL-S but I sold it before I put these on. They have all the shims and grease. I believe the TL-S has the same rear brakes so should on there, but you should confirm if you're buying for a TL-S. I'm in LA and would prefer a local pick up, but I'll ship at the buyers cost. Good catch. Good thing I sold car and didn't try replacing the pads, I would have had to put it all back together and order the right ones! I guess I ordered the wrong ones back in the day.

You should have made an attempt to determine what they actually fit.

Which are: Acura RSX HATCHBACK 2003-2006 BASE, BASE (LEATHER), TYPE-S 5 Speed Automatic, 5 Speed Manual, 6 Speed Manual
