Private Message Problem
When I try and send a private message to one particular forum member, 2ndgentl, the forum gives me the following:
'The following errors occurred with your submission:
I inquired to him about his PM settings and he stated that he does not remember changing anything lately, regarding the receipt of PM's and does not know what is going on?
I use IE and tried using Firefox and Edge browsers and had the same result.
Can someone check this matter out?

- 2ndgentl has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.
If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove 2ndgentl from the recipient list and send the message again.'

Sorry to hear you're having PM trouble, zeta. It looks like 2ndgentl has enabled the option to "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators." Since you're not on his friends list, our system is blocking the PM from being sent. If he either adds you as a friend or disables that option via his Settings' Edit Options page, you should be able to then PM him with no issue.
