majofo; I only have basic understandings of a switch. we're talking about a brake light switch here. with my basic understanding, it's either on or off. a basic switch.
some are claiming that a new brake light switch fixed mounted brake light LED's(half bar illuminated or intermittent/sporadic LEDs). this is impossible right? it's either on or off, not intermittent, right?
I think it's the LED board. but others are like, no! the BLS fixed my top mounted LEDs

Switches come in different configurations (x # of pulls / throws, way / momentary, normally closed / open), but are essentially super basic.
Brake light switch is just a basic push switch (momentary, non-latching, normally open).
Now a new brake switch can be more robust, higher quality automotive standard, but the design / function is the same.
If there are issues on the LED board or programming, that could be changed / updated.
But there's no logic or fancy magic to a brake light switch.

Wanted to get all you cucks' opinion.
E60 M5 (6 speed), Golf R (6 speed), or Civic Type R.
Looking at replacements for the TL-S since the 3G TL is slowly becoming (if not already) the riceboy high schoolers EG/EK Hatch upgrade.
DANK YEW

It's crazy how great of a deal you can get on an RLX. I saw a dealer last year with some 2014 RLX's still on the lot, and they were marking them off 20% off MSRP LOL.
I've been looking at it for the longest time. I can't seem to find one that's low mileage. I found one in Texas last month (dark blue with brown interior) with 25k miles but it was the SMG. I don't mind SMG, but prefer the 6 speed.

Well, unlike you, I have the funds available if something like that even happens.
The S85 is a stronk engine, just gotta get aftermarket rod bearings. It's moreso SMG Pump/Clutch issues if you don't end up going with a 6MT.
Even then, troyjeup is a king at S85 rebuilds, basically making them bulletproof
Talkin' about the 3G like it's the new ricer toy. It's only the 2005-2006 going cheap. Our 2007-2008 will hold value a couple more years.
If you maintain your your car well, then no amount of rice cakes will make others think less of yours.
Mine is going to be stock except for the s/c and exhaust.
This car will be a classic someday. So let the riceboys screw up this artpiece and ours will be more in demand. More parts available for us aswell.
OsK got bandz with no money in between them.

Listen to yourself. The Acura TL will be a classic someday. The Souped Up Honda Accord will be a classic someday.
The TL Type S would be a "classic" if it had the SH-AWD from the 2G RL, a beefier J35AX (if Honda could squeeze 300whp out of it), and only coming with a 6MT, no auto.
Yeah TL-S still somewhat pull a premium, but for the most part, there's nothing special about our cars. ITR's are still worth more.
Edit: I've seen first hand what people have done to ruin a 3G. See "Acura TL Generation 3" Facebook and especially ESPECIALLY, UASQUAD. My goodness, that car group (mainly 3G's) has done stuff to which I literally make the same face as Jacky Chan's https://imgflip.com/s/meme/Jackie-Chan-WTF.jpg

After my Supercharger project is finished, the TL will be a garage queen 👸🏼 I'll then buy a better car and let my TL age like a fine wine.I did some research on the E60 M5. I don't think your getting rid of your type eth any time soon.
