. Grilled jalapenos or serranos until they're brown and blistering (dick joke) can ruin your life.There's a sketchy joint in Tucson that was requisite dining. They always served toreados with their plates and they were always turnt up to 11. I had to ask once where he got them from and dude just shrugged and was like "eh, el mercado, esse. It's just a jalapeno."
I was like, but they're nucular hot and he just chuckled and said that roasting them like that is what does it.

Right now we have Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Four Corners queued up. LIkely will get to ABQ early in the week and then head down to Carlsbad Caverns. Any other must sees in the southwest?
