Good question... It really depends on what you are looking for. ISC has 32 levels of dampening adjustment while the Flex only has 16. The flex Coils are stiffer than Tein SS or SA but not as stiff as the ISC Coils. Both allow for you to go pretty low but I feel the Flex Coils allow you to go a little lower if that's what you want. Overall I prefer the Flex's.

Update as of 8/25/17:

Old XLR8 65a Motor Mounts out




In with the new Innovative 75a mounts. Man the car feels good now.




Also bought some me Insane Shafts but don't have pictures of those.

Battery moved to the trunk thanks to help from @swooshie



Sanded down and re-cleared my CF CSL decklid spoiler.

The wheels have been terrific for DD purposes. Solid wheels for sure. Specs are 19x9.5+21, polished step lip.
