where is the stock amp fuse? UNder the dash or in the engine bay? Which number. I think I blew it out switching a speaker wire out on my aftermarket amp install. I KNOW turn off the power first

under the dash. The "door" doesnt give much info, plus I was on my break so looked kind of fast

ok so the #5 fuse is not blown. is there a seperate fuse/relay for the factory amp. In my 04 mazda 6 there was one for the BOSE system

 

ok so I am a COMPLETE IDIOT...kinda i guess. since the truck is lined so well I didnt see that I pulled out my ground cable. Thanks for your help. I am sure everything will be ok and YES i am getting a longer cable now and making sure it is crimped tighter!! DAMN IT...LOL have a good one guys (and girls if u r out there rolling one of these sexy rides!! JS)
