Interiors, anyone?

i want to see some nice interiors. I would post pix of what i'm working on but i'm not "priveleged" enough yet. That doesn't stop the curiousity meter from peaking. so if you want to show it off , then by all means post some pix.

What do you mean privileged? Get a PhotoBucket account and use the links there. My interior is pretty screwed up (front seats), so no pics from me.

There is a DIY on how to get the "chrome shift plate" in the DIY section.

It is a trait of a 2.5 premiums and all 3.2 models.

yeah i remember i had to buy my centerpiece in woodgrain along with the window swtiches. it wasn't cheap but it made my interior look a whole lot nicer.

so if yur center piece has the heated seat switches and the fog light switch. what does it have in place of the 2.5 fog light switch location near the steering wheel?

you have to remove the 6 or 8 bolts that hold your sunroof up. you have to lower the sunroof assembly and then you can take that part out. its really not that hard. i was trying every way possible to get it out without this approach but in the end my homeboy said, if u want it out we got to do it this way. really wasn't that hard. it helps if you have a friend to help.

Yes. U remove the entire headliner to get access to the sunroof frame assembly and then remove the bolts, lower it, n remove the piece.

NO no no, an easier way is to open the sunroof, pop of 2 plastic covers that have 10mm bolts under, these bolt down the track. Take those out along with the 2 or 3 piceses that the bolts hold down. Then close the sunroof, have someone push it up, the entire front glass shold come up and you can now slide the interior cover out through the outside of the car, no interior, headliner involved. Pay attention to the L and R on the long slender pieces and install is reverse order. Pretty easy. Any Q's let me know

I had to wait a month and a half for them to make it. I slipped on the rears, although it would've been better to just replace the original leather. I never had a chance to install the fronts before the accident, either. Here's how the back looked when I took them out of the car:

Actually do you want mine? I still have the fronts in the original box, and I can have the rears removed fairly easily. I'll create a FS thread in the BM if you're interested.
