Anyways.. almost bought a house today. Up in the hills.. city views.. top of the hill, nothing in back but offset greenspace. fuck.
Huge fucking deck, it was nice. Plumbed for gas stove outside too. But the yard was super sloped. It was nicely updated too.
Built-in speakers, media rack, hardwood floors, fairly new. Sweet ass appliances, winebeer fridge, big 2nd living.
Upstairs was split too so guest room was separate. The fucking price.. almost 100k less than other houses we were checking out.
And 20 mins closer to work than the lake homes. Eh.. fucking yard.
Nothing is perfect in a home search but fuck..
I need a yard for activities.

 

Listing agent gave me a heads up that an offer came in tonight and probably going to accept in the morning.
I saw the couple too with their realtor.. single couple.. in a Ford Focus.. a shit one. They were lounging on the deck talking to realtor.
