Serpentine belt tension indicator

Does anyone know where this thing is actually located? I can't see anything that remotely resembles the stick and range this picture shows:

The stick is a tool you have to buy. It's really just a low profile ratchet. The indicator should be on the tensioner no?

Here's what I'm looking at. If there's an indicator and I don't see it, please let me know where

Here's what you are looking for on the tensioner. It may be near impossible to see. One line on the arm and two lines on the body. Line on arm should be between lines on body.

Holy cow... thank you for pointing that out. I think the plastic dust cover or whatever would have to be removed to see it...
