Negatory on x-rays and ultrasound...so, no tear or structural damage. So, the diagnosis is just a severe strain. I was on some "steroided" version of Advil cream to put on the shoulder which did seem to help.

I've since started lifting again. It's tight and does have a mild pain...but, I'm working through it and stretching lots. Definitely lost a bit on my bench press and chin-ups.
