That Saleen S7 is gorgeous. Too bad they're no longer around. Totally copies the McLaren F1 front end, though.

Can anyone decipher me the steering wheel in the first photo?

Steering wheel is from Lewis Hamilton's 2015 Mercedes F1 W06 racecar, below explains all the controls and display.

^ +1, the F1 LM was one of my highlights from the show.
Not a big year for F1 cars but they did have the Honda RA272 that won Honda their first GP ever.

Had a fair amount of Indy/CART cars as well.
Al Unser Sr's March 86C tha won the 1987 Indy 500 was there (#25 car in pics above).
The whole story behind that win is pretty amazing since Unser was unemployed at the time and that car was a year old and on display in a Sheraton hotel lobby in 1987.

Also have a video of LM starting up which sounded great

One other interesting detail, take a look at the last pic and you'll notice the turbo compressor inlet has no screen or mesh in front of it.
Woulda thought that it'd be bad practice for FOD, but the Penske engineer who was at the show said that was typical of that period in CART where for the high speed tracks they had open inlets.
The panel was changed out for road course where there would be protection.
Further up in the pics you can see the turbine and wastegate outlet as well.
Pretty cool to see both the compressor and turbine.

Also in the pics is the only Porsche Indy car developed 2708 (green Quacker State livery).
Beside the motor, the chassis and gearbox were all designed and developed by Porsche.
Not successful and the death of Al Holbert caused the Porsche Indy program to falter.
