Well, I like the company TBH...When I was at their campus at MV to interview, I was really impressed and I guess I got sucked up into the culture there. The salary offered for the role as a senior BA wasn't terrible and would've probably made things decent for us if I did get the gig.

That being said, I say Google as a bit of a joke now. My future is probably here in Canada until we know how things will turn up for Little Cha. His 2 heart procedures and delays in walking were already indicative enough that the healthcare system up here has its tremendous merits...and the risks of going for the "dream job" in the Silicon Valley (could be any company really, and frankly, if I were to go, it'd likely be to Oracle of all places since I kinda know a few of their products well and have contacts there) outweigh what may happen if we do require medical services not typically covered by insurance. In short, I could be bankrupt a procedure or 2 later. My sister is going to practice medicine in Canada and while we aren't sure if she'll come back here when she finishes her fellowship in Toronto, it still helps to have a pretty good doctor aunt in the family in the same country.

And you're right J, I do have things pretty decent here. House is not bad. I generally can get what I want if it came down to it...so, home is definitely here. Just often slapstick about going to Cali because well, it is amusing to me to wonder what-if. That's all.


Of course, there's always Chicago again.

There's an S curve coming in and they laid about 100 ft of tire tracks, hopped the curb, spun that bitch into the bushes.
Rear tires popped off, side airbags deployed. Whoever that fuccboi is, they got out of there real quick.
I checked to make sure they weren't slumped over.. fuccbois mang.. it's Friday, that's some Monday shit.

I was taking some friends out to a cliff lookout.. had my bro riding bitch and his girl in the cab.
I got that sucker sideways like we were going to swing towards the cliff... my bro was laughing.. his girl was yelling.


We were totally safe, but it was fun as shit.
