Interior Color
I was checking the recall history of the ZDX given the recent expansion by Honda of the airbag recall. Long story short, my service manager provided me a report. At the top of the report:
Assembly Factory: Honda Canada Manufacturing
Factory Interior Color: Nightfall Amethyst
Factory Exterior Color: Aspen White Pearl
Window sticker lists interior color as Sumatra.
Interesting......and want to know why the difference. The color listed on the report from the service manager is much more accurate!!!
Not an issue, just wondering why the difference and my bet is someone here knows the answer. I do love the color. Very handsome and unique, just like the ZDX itself.

Good question... Honda likes to confuse people? 
The Monroney sticker notes as Sumatra as does the sales literature, but if your buy an interior part Acura calls the color Nightfall Amethyst with a color code of NH772L. Go figure.
