Start out with contacting your local dealer for the ASPEC kit. I was able to find pieces for my '08 Type-S as recent as last month. My be different for the earlier models. If you can't find what you're looking for, I would give Marcus at HeelToe a call. He was great about getting some part up to Canada for me. It costs an arm and a leg, but there's not much that can be done about the dollar - and time's ticking on the availability of some of these parts.

Nice updates! Did you get the 18x8.5 +35 wheels? What size tires are you running with them?

Nice to see a local on here. Wondering where you purchased your aspec kit from? and did you do the independent fog switch mod yourself?

Just saw your thread didn't notice you from bc as well, the aspec kit I contacted bruce from endlessrpm.
last question don't quite understand about the independent fog switch, if you are asking if my lower fogs are controlled by a switch then yes

thanks for the reply. as per my second question, in one of your pictures it appears you have your fogs on with DRLs. That takes some modification to get it operate that way. Usually fogs will only turn on with the HID bulbs. That's what I was wondering, did you do that mod yourself? Or did your TL come this way?

04/06 didn't come with fogs so I bought some inspire fogs which has it's own switch that I wired up so I can turn them on or off when I want

that explains it. your fogs are in your headlights, and having inspire fogs installed with their own switch is how you got them to work in unison with drls. gotcha.

Looks good! I'd address that bumper tab soon otherwise you will be in the world of hurt. I forgot who it was but they did some damage on that tab.

"if your sidewall hasn't been chewed up by the bumper tab yet, you aren't stanced right" haha. we've all been there, it's a good learning experience!

i'm still surprised that you can fit those tires with those specs...i'm barely not rubbing and i'm at 18x9+32 with 235/40!

vmr 710 wheels are still my favorite wheels, wish i had known about their brembo clearances when i was looking at wheels! (it was unconfirmed at the time if their wheels would clear brembos)

Surprisingly you are the reason I got these since I actually wanted some xxr 530's but the issue you had with it riding rough and not being able to fit a 235 made me shy away from them. I'm not really into the stretched look, I like to be able to take corners.... unfortunately with my urge to go lower now I have to deal with that dang tab which it has not done anything to the tire but I can hear it when I go over bumps ...

Nice! Surprised you fit those tires, i had 225/40s on 9.5+22 and it was prob. about that height, but i hated how it rode, and every little bump the tires would hit, suspension was definitely not stiff enough and i didn't run enough camber and didn't want to buy new tires so i just sold the wheels.

I do need to cut that tab as well though.

But yours look great that height and wheel size actually, but go a little bit smaller side wall, and lower it some more. and shell be looking even sexier!

Nice ride man, love it!

oh yea now i remember haha, nice!

that fender tab will help a lot on rubbing, just cut off as much as you can around the bolt head, i also cut off some of the wheel well liner near that area since my wheel well liner didn't "hug" that area as tight as i wanted. good luck!

ps which lug nuts are you running?

Thanks, I was determined to fit these tires ....kinda. If I still have issues then I probably will have to go to a 235 but like how these look

They're gunmetal , for some reason in pictures it seems lighter and in person a little darker. I wanted to get the hyper black but they told me it was a BMW option or something don't remember, so kinda settle on the gunmetal which look nice in person

Here is some of the sidewall shreds i got before I grinded the fender tab - still held air though But now my fenders are rolled flat, and removed the fender liners completely - with rolling so tight, they woudn't stay anyway, so rather than get them dragged out by the tires when driving, i pulled them out.

Took a dremel and just ground that bad boy down
