On the Dodge did they cover the entire hub assembly to where you had to rely on the lugs to center the wheel?
These don't...the cadillac hubs stick out pretty far. Still probably a quarter in sticking out with the spacer on.
They pretty much covered the whole hub, so yeah the lugs centered the wheel. Yours might not have that issue then.

i also learned that is key to ensuring no wobble or shakes when going with any type of spacer or aftermarket wheel... hubcentric needs to be exact otherwise it just become more of an annoyance to drive...

They were hubcentric, he's talking about enough of the hub still sticking out past the spacer to help center the wheels.
but you said that on your Mopar, the lugs centered the wheel which means it didn't rely on the hub to align the wheel...
My understanding of hub centric spacers is they are bored in the center to tightly slip over the protruding part of the hub to center the spacers perfectly. Am I missing something here?

If the spacer is too thick, the wheel won't rest on the hub and all the stress is on the lugs holding the wheel on.
Hubcentric just means they are bored to the same as your oem bore...
but a slip on spacer can be too thick to leave the hub protruding enough to center the wheel...
bolt on spacers go over the hub and provide you a new hub to center the wheel on.
Pics for sure...powder guy says the color is gorgeous...hes never done it before.
I will submit my pics to prismatic for other's to use as an example for the color.
But if J got an M3 he has to go through the legendary "drive like a fuckin douche" course, which is like years of learning how to drive like an idiot, compacted into a 21 minute video.
I posted up a 99 TL in ramblings but you missed it... was this the colour your FIL had? Laguna green metallic.. These 2nd gens before the facelift were nasty lol. But hey in 99 if you were driving that.. Mad pussy
Rofl...honestly, I barely took a pic on my phone in the garage last night and the angle and lighting SUCK
I'd much rather post some this afternoon taken with my DSLR.
Thanks boys...
taking some getting used to...I'm so used to the pop of the polished, kinda second guessing my decision...but overall, I like the change...makes it's ever so slightly look modified without being over the top...
and it'll hide brake dust a bit.
you guys didn't even noticed I only have 1/4" slip on spacers now...
yay...that's a good thing...not as flush, but even Betty said it still has a nice stance.
Thanks, CuJoe!
That's how I felt about it too...I'll post some daylight pics today. I didn't want NO contrast, I didn't want so bright it looked like polished and showed all the dust. Got what I wanted!
