1) Starter isn't an electrical problem
2) TL is a reliable ride with some common issues.
If you know and are prepared for the common issues, up-to-date on maintenance items (preventative maintenance too), there's no reason why a TL won't go 400k miles essentially problem-free.

Sorry for being a pussy. I'll self ban myself

Also, starter is jumped by the battery, no? Hence why I call it electrical. I've never had to deal with one before. I'll be doing good some reading.

There are common issues... but I've had EVERY common issue. And this is after spending money doing what i thought was a major overhaul on the car when I got it and still doing maintenance as I go. The car has only 80k miles on it. I've had a few older Hondas/Acuras than that, with higher mileage to boot, which never gave me as many issues as this thing. I know I'm bitching, but I have a Monday built, after a major weekend bender car, forsure.

TL doesn't have electrical gremlins (sans bluetooth), no comparo
Starter is a circuit that first starts with activating a solenoid (ignition signals solenoid to close switch to supply current, small housing on starter)
The current creates a field to spools the armature (large housing of starter), which is geared directly to the flywheel
Spinning the flywheel, which in turn (punzine), rotates the crank assembly and thus starts the combustion cycle.. hence.. starter
It's electromechanical.. not what you attribute to electrical gremlins.
Say they didn't put proper grounds or wire through vehicle, or faulty CAN or fusebox, or buggy pcm or other controllers..
That's what you would deem electrical gremlins
Starter failure is common on all vehicles. They generate a lot of torque and are prone to accumulate carbon within the armature
This fucks with the field and operation of the starter.
Giving it some love taps to the body of the starter knocks some of the carbon off the armature and brush carrier.
You can do this for months to get a good start.
You can also disassemble it.. remove carbon, check the gaps on the brush carrier, clean it up and have it go another several years (poor man's rebuild)
I did this.. ran it for another 7 mos - 1 yr.. finally replaced it with a lifetime guaranteed one. Didn't give another thought to it.

Hey boys...
naw, didn't climb the roof for that, it's an upstairs unpermited suite that sister's landlord is letting some of her visiting friends stay in!
Also, I only have access to whatsapp on wi-fi but not text since i'm not international with work phone.
Hope everyone is great...when I get back, there should be a corsa sport waiting for me.

There's a couple of bottles there I haven't tried like Vous Francois and Flare..
Funky Gold is okay.. not their best selection but some all very drinkable.
I hardly see their signature beers at HEB. Bomb is almost always sold out.
Mad Meg is great.. fucking opened it up along with others with some hombros.. ended up drinking the whole bottle myself.. I think it was like 10% ABV too.. had a good buzz.
I've been wanting to try that Kollab with Live Oak.. it's bottle conditioned like many of their sours. Flavor usually changes from farm to table.. it's weirdh, but usually still good.
Witchmaker is good.. at least at the farm it was.

I usually get their yearly batch of hibernal dichotomous.. it's like a unripened sour watermelon at the farm and a rotten sour watermelon after a couple weeks in the bottle at home.
I'm like.. wtf? eh, it's still good..

I picked up the Prairie Funky Gold, the Prairie Ale, and the Jester King Simple Means. Just opened the Ale and this is the first beer in a while that has started foaming out of the bottle once the top popped off. I'm not too proud to admit that I was slurping beer off the counter top
It's pretty refreshing and tasty. I'll probably grab a few of those other bottles to stash away next week.
I need to check HEB this weekend to see what they have. I swear I saw the Bomb there in weeks past.
I've been neglecting the "common" JKs because they seem to always be in stock everywhere so I still need to give the Mad Meg / Witchmaker / Petit Prince etc a shot.
I brought back a couple bottles of Space Waves, and '16 Vernal Dichotomous, then picked up a couple of Audio Palette (which if I read right wasn't supposed to be available outside of the farm?!?) in town last week. Plus a handful of others, and the stash in the back of my pantry is starting to come forward and arise suspicion.
"Did you buy more beers"
"of course not, I just rearranged a few things in there"
/C(beer)SB derail.

I liked the Kolaborationbeerljdslfja;dlfkj;asldjfl;asdjf;lsjad f;ljsdl;kkjf04ur0ijldgnl34nre,fw.jkdjs. But it was hard for me to characterize. Not the bestest I've ever had, but it was a solid drinking beer. Glad I tried it but not sure I'll rush out to hoard any.

@TacoBello I forgot one of my cousin's boyfriend has a 370Z nismo... Too fucking rice for my taste though ..

One thing's for certain- Nissan guys are all about [car] body modifications. His isn't even that bad compared to many others out there, but I still wouldn't touch that with an 18 foot pole.
