Vertical Exterior Door Trim
Mine is loose, not terribly where it rattles as I drive, but putting a hand on the pillar to close the front doors (either side) and there is movement. I did a search and checked for a parts fiche but no luck. Is there an easy way to tighten or is this just the way they are?

what part are you talking about? You should be able to take apart more pieces that rattle and put foam behind them to apply pressure and keep them from making noise.

The vertical piece of wide black trim on the front driver and passenger door.
If you put your hand on it to close the door you can feel it moving. I can't see how to tighten or remove it.

Csmeance, if I lived in FL I would buy you a beer. Thank you very much for that.
Do you know if the trim is supposed to be solid or do they all have some movement? It's not loose, but there is some play.

My trim moves when I put pressure on it. However it doesn't cause a rattle or any noises so I think it may be normal.

Mine has a little bit of movement but no noises when I press on it.
