The "Photos You've Taken of Exotic/Desirable Cars" Thread
68 Camaro! My Dad had a couple 68 Camaro's growing up. Not at the same time, one we got t-boned in my some idiot. I was in the passenger seat at the time. Took a ride in an ambulance but I was ok even though the Camaro only had lap belts. Car was totalled so he got another one, this time with shoulder belts. Anyhow I have driven those cars quite a bit haha

It's annoying.
Getting used to to the shifting (assuming standard) is easy. It takes 10 seconds to get used to it.
Getting used to the windshield wiper handle and blinker handle being opposite sides takes longer to get used to.
Trying to make a left hand turn, while sitting on the right side of the car can be super dangerous. It's MUCH harder to see if you're going to get T-boned. What ends up happening is that a RHD car sits in th left turn lane until the lights start to change, before going. If you're behind that RHD car, you'll be cursing.

The fiberglass-bodied Sonnett III had a Ford V-4 (Euro origin), IIRC, and was pretty fun to drive. The SAAB freewheeling feature was deactivated on most of them, though. I found them desirable enough that I looked for one for a number of months before concluding that college school work and female companionship were more important to me than scrounging for parts for a low-volume car.
Night PKG is $750, Performance Seats are $2,500, looks like it has Premium 3 PKG which is another $5,500. Sports exhaust is $1,250 & the Ceramics are $5,450. I added all that to the base car and came out to $93,525 with a $2,100 wheel option (those wheels are probably equal, if not more) included as well.
So, considering that car also has the matte finish and a lot of cosmetic items, it looks like it's actually fairly priced. None of that is dealer-added, either....

Father in Law wanted to go to the Malibu C&C this morning. Thought it would be to play with the new camera. It was very contrasty in the morning and I'm still getting used to the new set up. Also, not too many cars that turned my head. The old Ferrari was probably my favorite. There was a E30 M3 that was mint for sale for $37k, and there was a Lambo LM002 which Ive seen a few around here before.
