Granted, you always hear about the bad and not so much about the good, but man, guys having transmissions replaced already on the TLX, countless shit quality issues on the TLX, RLX and RDX, like wtf is happening to these cars?

That's what happens when you outsource, do a shit job on the integration, and then have minimal validation steps once it's all together.

 

Was the 3G as bad as these cars? I know they had the 5AT issue, but I thought it took a number of years before that started surfacing. Same with the HFL...

 

3G was shit quality in materials (dash, seats, etc), but mechanically a great car. Some very common issues, but easily addressable.
