That's a sharp looking TL. Congrats and enjoy. I moved up the TL food chain like you. I had an '05 TL, then an '07 TL Navi, took a short break from TLs and got a '10 TSX V6 Tech, and then a '12 TL Advance....and am on my second '12 TL Advance now. You will love it!

This is hands down my favorite color interior of any Acura period. I love it and hate Acura for getting rid of it and not putting it in the 1G Acura.
The interior was barely used. No one sat in the backseat. Steering wheel leather is perfect and the Airbag inflator was replaced at the dealer. It was purchased and serviced at the same Acura dealer. Had 30k - 45k service done and fluid changes and brakes, filters before I took ownership. My plans are small, roof spoiler, led or hid fogs, better tires and a trunk tray that no one would ever see. lol. Right now I'm enjoying the SH-AWD but my commute is only 4 miles one way to work.
Nice find. Congrats! I'm slightly regretful that I didn't hold out for SH-AWD but I do love my 2012 FWD TL. I have the same Black exterior but with black interior. I've never even seen this color interior before. Sure looks sharp!
Congrats looks great. The 19" advance wheels fill the gap so much better than the 18's - doesn't look as badly in need of a drop I recommend painting the grill to match and you'll have one slick looking TL.
@Drei it was my 4G from last year. Under a uhaul truck it was crushed. lol.
I decided a couple months ago this was the only trim I would buy so it took a couple months to find. The interior is still new. My personal dealer thought it was a '13 or '14.
