Justin, my repair didn't stand the test of time...maybe I needed bigger tie wraps.
Back of seat comes off like this:
pull bottom part TOWARD YOU (2 clips)
Then lift entire thing UP toward roof of car, it'll lift off.

be warned though, those clips will break, and it's a BIATCH to get them to line up and hold tight, even with new ones.
On black, I drilled a pilot hole and had a small drywall screw holding it in at the bottom where you couldn't see it.
