Fair asking price for my '07 Type-S

I've been thinking about moving on from my type-s and trying to figure out a good selling price. Thinking of moving to an M5 and picking up a 02-05 NSX or just going GT-R.
it's an 07' MT NHB only 82k miles. Just this week ordered new rotors, pads from Xlr8. Ordered OEM lips front and back, steering wheel and shift knob plus back seat cover all from a vender here. Has Xlr-8 cat back AEM cai. Clear history, normal wear. Thoughts?

I would take what the value is private party and add $2000 as a premium for being a 6 speed. I don't think Edmunds, KBB etc take the 6 speed desirability into account. My guess you would come to about 12,900 on KBB and then add the $2000 and price at $14,900

Start at 16.5k and you probably can get 14-16k for it. You'll most likely get a lot of lowballers

Not sure why these threads pop up when people can do two minutes worth of research, answer eight questions, and then get the number. I move to have these locked in the future...but that's just me.

NADA clean retail is $13.4K for dealers. Being that is a rare car you might be able to get that as a private seller. More realistically I would ask $12.5K for a quick sell.

Back on topic, let me know what your asking price is and location. Post some pics of the car. Once you get things nailed out post a forsale thread in the BM.
