She is fairly strict. She has cut pretty much 90% of carbs out of her diet. Lots of fruits and veggies and meat. Lots of non processed foods too- for example, we make our own peanut butter. She doesn't follow a strict diet per say, but just cut a lot of crap out of her diet and tries to make wise food choices. She never counts calories or anything.

She also works out 7 days a week. We still go out to eat and stuff like that. She is still a fiend for chocolate, but she has crazy self control. She can make one of those "fun size" Halloween chocolates last for 4 days. I can crush 15 of them in 2 minutes

And as for myself... I seem to have difficulty with multi tasking. I put my mind to whatever I'm doing and that's it. So the gym fell off the radar due to all the house stuff I'm doing.

The house stuff is on my mind all the time. I tried getting serious about the gym but I keep falling off the bandwagon. Once landscaping is done (so close!) I think I will start focusing on myself. I hate how I look and feel these days- and I blame no one but myself!
