Early on, I didn't like the ribbing. But now that I look back, he made me have a thicker skin, which I needed. Helped me be slightly less derpy now. Definitely take myself a tad less serious too.

Dear Diary,
Today I made a crack about Flippy being forgetful and how he was planning a trip but forgetting how many people were in his family. I thought it was pretty obvious about how he wasn't really forgetting but rather that the airline wouldn't require a ticket for one of the kids and that's why it was humorous. But then these literal assholes went and ruin-splained the joke.
So that sucked. Just between you and me, I think they're pretty terrible people.

TBH...I find that people that dislike him, usually remind me of him. Ball busters, ice cold, long time on the forum but deep down they're just jaded helpful dudes that DO look out for their inner circle. Just takes a while to get in the inner circle.

2. Black guys. Seriously. He seemed to always give respek and no, I'm not being wascist.
Either way... The guy knew his cars well and could provide plenty of help (if he felt like it), but his demeanor towards most members left much to be desired.
I'll admit, I was rightfully called on occasion, but man, he would tear into some guys unnecessarily.
Maybe it's the fact I had no idea with regards to anything about him. No pics, no info what so ever, no real name, nothing. I'm not saying he should be a whore and document his whole life online, but shit, what's so bad about giving a real name? Otherwise just seemed like a bot
and with that said, I can understand why some of you think much differently about him, as it seems you guys chat outside of AZ and maybe even have visited? It's a lot easier when you can put a name/face to a username, then not.

He gave me a lot of shit and at first, I thought "wow this guy is such a dick" but then I just grew a thicker skin and 1. ignored it 2. took it 3. gave it back.
How did accepting how he was as a person (or not) become such a controversial topic ? You either like him or not, just like everyone else in the world that you meat.
I always thought Chad was a dick until he finished with his big stressful project at work and shot the shit with us here in 3GR. Adam from your recent posts, I'm surprised you of all people are questioning his callousness.

To be fair, I don't really have a problem with anyone. If I do, it's usually for a good reason. I also don't hold a grudge. Because fk it...why bother. If someone continually is a POS, I just keep them out of my life. I'm still polite though, mainly. I also don't dislike people on someone else's behalf ever...if I have a problem with someone it's almost always because they rubbed me the wrong way directly, not one of my buddy's. I don't like that HS gang mentality. I was a dork and got picked on a ton in middle school so I don't advocate that sort of thing.
Oh I'm a total dick. I've purposefully been checking myself here. If I spoke my mind I'd rub some people the wrong way. I don't like nor want to do that anymore. Thus my comment. Some people should have / need larger filters than others.
