I did Ultimate Pedals for my RDX and MDX. They can custom cut and have a lot of styles to pick from depending on your taste. You can purchase without the rubber grips (they just pop in) and they do get kicked out every once in a while. I just used a little bit of superglue to secure them when they do. I think I paid around $175+shipping for all four (gas, brake, dead, emergency, rubber inserts with extras + all screws/nuts/bolts come with pedals to secure).
I couldn't find any sport pedals that will fit the TLX, so for now I'm riding with these universal (non drilling) black pedals I found on ebay for 30 bucks. Its a weird brand I never heard of RS-1.. BUT... Its better then the stock pedal look for now. The gas pedal is so thick on the TLX I needed longer screws to fit these black pedals.
Not a fan of these metal pedals, but to each their own...
IMO it's the spacing between the rubber "dots" and their shape that make them seem a bit off. These OEM pedals from other manufacturers for example look much better...
