Whining/Whirring noise from 05 Tl

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum so if I have misplaced this thread I apologize in advance. Anyways, I have recently purchased an 05 tl with 102k miles and in the past few weeks it has been making this whining/whirring sound when I accelerate. The sound stops when coasting and for some reason when I'm crusing at exactly 40mph. I have had the timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs replaced already and the problem still persists. I have a video of the problem in question but am unable to add it to this post. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading!

is it a gradual whining/whirring noise? Does it sound like its from the engine or elsewhere?

I was thinking bad wheel bearing but I don't know the exact noise so I can't say with certainty. Only other whining noise from acceleration that is common to Honda's/Acura's are from the automatic transmissions.

It gets higher pitched as a accelerate and the rpms climb. It sounds like it's coming from the front of the car as well. I can pm the video if that would help.

I'm no expert but feel free to PM the video if you can. Do you feel it moves with the rpms rather than the speed of the vehicle or are you not sure of that?

When driving go at a steady speed and use sport shift to change gears. Does the noise change with gear changes? If yes, it's based on engine speed and gear so it had to be engine/trans related.

Check the color and level of your trans fluid. A whine from the torque converter is BAD.

Make sure to thoroughly check your tires too. I thought I had bad wheel bearings but it was actually cupping on the tires making them whine.

im assuming the noise was there prior to the timing belt job? Just asking since you said the noise was "still there"

Are you able to just let the car idle, pop open the hood and hear where the noise is coming from?

When facing the engine, if its coming from your right side ( battery area ) it could be the transmission. More specifically the torque converter. This whine is indicative of the torque converter pump beginning to fail.

if its coming from your left ( right side of car ) could be the pulley ( idler, tensioner ) could be going bad.

One way to isolate if its an idler or tensioner pulley. Is it remove the belt and start up the car to see if noise is still there ( assuming you hear it when car is at idle )

Don't know why buddy posted a timing belt bulletin when the guy is complaining about acceleration issues and a whine noise, timing belts when they are starting to go make completely different noise. Sounds like your tranny might be going or could be something different. When shifting does it whine too?
