Hello all!

So a few weeks back the blower motors starts surging up and down. Replaced the resistor and all was fine for about a week. Replaced it again and all was fine for about 2 weeks. Blower motor started surging again.

I've read about a faulty harness but that might apply to the 2nd Gens only correct? I also read about someone cleaning excessive dust from the motor which would make sense as the load might burn out the resistor.

Wife took it to the dealer after the first resistor failure and they wanted to replace both the resistor and the motor. Sounds like they were guessing. Does the 3rd Gen have the ability to access the diagnostics similar to the 2 Gens?
