i did it last time because i refused to sleep on a damn motel floor.. lets say that trip out of town was a damn fail.
^More than likely meeting up at one spot then going to Oasis. You can use this address for reference. 11901 N Mo-Pac Expy, Austin, TX 78759-3513. I am not familiar with the Austin are but I think that address is central to downtown, the Oasis, and the venue for Cars and Coffee the next day.

It's right in between The Oasis and C&C. They don't do group specials, but I'm sure we're not going to find any that do. Like most, you can reserve a room with a credit card. They won't charge anything to your card unless you decide to charge the room on the day of check-in. Free cancellation as long as you cancel at least one day before by 6p. This is based on what told me, but you can call for your self.

This is where I'm thinkin of staying. Nearby and had family stay there before and they loved it. A little more pricey then above, but I think it is worth it. (Good Breakfast)
Also was thinking of everyone pitchin in for a big house on or near Lake Travis like a Vacation rental. Seen some for 7 bedrooms for roughly $600 a night. So $85 a person is not bad

Oasis(Lake Travis)/Coffee&Cars(Leander)/6th Street(Downtown)... Gateway, Austin, TX is pretty central to all of that. The area is very nice and conveniently right off of 183. Address for reference: 8901 Business Park Drive Austin, TX 78759
