i have a used engine from a 2007 Acura TL Type S with 80K Miles

it is water locked and is for parts or for rebuild.

i believe two of the rods is bent and it wont turn by hand.

these motors working are minimum $2500.00

i think 650 is fair the rebuilt might cost 500 in parts and some manual labor.

im willing to ship the engine. i have bought motors out of state before and had them shipped either R&L Carriers or UPS. i could put it on a pallet and they would pick it up. but i have no idea what it would cost. im guessing around 200 bucks to ship.

I wish I knew how to build and ultimately install an engine...probably would be a great engine to build outside the engine bay to withstand some serious forced induction.

i have thought about it and i probably would get more if i took it apart and sold it for parts...i just have no idea how to do it...if someone locally would help me take it apart..i could do a part out..otherwise someone should buy it complete to build or they can part it and make money off it.

 

will have my mechanic take this motor apart monday. i will take pictures of everything and list prices for individual parts.

please wait for pricing before sending offers, i have to see what parts are junk from the water.

alright. motor is finally all apart.
i have for sale now...

both heads front and rear. they are complete.
400 for both plus shipping. junkyards ask 400 each.

i have the oil pan, i also have the filter and some cover
that comes off after the filter does. shields from the rods?
everything for 150 plus shipping

i have the intake manifold, without throttle body. $110 plus shipping.

i have the timing covers. all 3 of them for 50 bucks plus shipping.

i still have the block..if there is something else i can get for you let me know. pictures are below!
