I wanted to get opinions on Honda's new technology and the next RDX. How many folks think we will see some of the new tech on the new RDX? I think the new SH-AWD would be a possibility. How about the new engine? I hope to see a 6 sp transmission and not the CVT .

Acura has adopted SH AWD along many lines ... expect the tradition to continue with new SH AWD.

 

Honda/Acura is behind the 8 ball on this one. Toyota (and others) already beat them to the punch. I think that the competition is so great right now that companies that are carefully over-testing their products for reliablity before release, as HMCo does, will be upstaged by others who hit the market first. In this market, quiet, conservative and carefull doesn't work. If you don't get it out there and produce some buzz, you'll look like someone cashing in on anothers work.
