Don't worry about the room, when i book the Hotel we'll overbook and have until a week before to cancel the unneeded rooms. That's what i did last year. Medford is about 4 hours averaging about 80 i guess. Hope you can make it, take Friday off and meet us in Sacto. and caravan with us
