Heavily neglected Jet Black 325Ci - first time treatment in 5 years of ownership

Todays detail...
Jet Black 325ci totally neglected for the past 5 years of ownership. Never detailed

Surf City Wash Concentrate with Euro-W Bucket + Grit guard
Swissvax Ultrafine Clay w/ ONR lube
Meguiars 105 w/ Orange pad on a Flex on Hood/Roof/Trunk
Menzerna P085RD on whole car w/ white
Danase Wet Glaze w/ black
Four Star UPP by hand
Optimum ONR + Spray wax in door jams etc
One Grand Do it All + on vinyl/trims

Interior wasn't included in this detail but I decided to do it for him anyway since his definitely needed some attention
Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil
Leatherique Prestine Clean
Einzette Leather Conditioner

And many many MF towels/Plush towels/Pads

Forgot to take pics before washing, but here are some right after washing. You can still see all the defects :/

These 50/50's still amaze me

After a 1sq ft section on the hood

Afters:

touche!

Nice recovery.

Jet black is a real pita to polish out. It looks like you still have some micro-marring. Since jet black is so soft I would have used a finishing pad with the P085RD.

I noticed that in the picture too. I believe it was some left over UPP that didnt come off. It went away witha sprits of Optimum SW and a wipeaway
I used a finishiing pad with the DWG
